I'm having a great time

Just started song writing for my new album (watch this space). It's my first time and I've managed to hook up with Tony Foster; one of the best Guitarists around! We've already formed a great understanding with the way we write and I'm loving every minute of it!!! So far we have three songs, (so please don't expect to see the album out this week, we may be ready to go in the Autumn?) However, Tony's off on tour with Spritualized (www.spiritualized.com) the Sydney Opera House and The Royal Albert Hall. The new album will be rather eclectic with and a Jazz and Blues vibe; it's an area we both LOVE!

Had a Chance meeting with the unmistakable Roy Wood from Wizzard and ELO (www.roywood.co.uk) and what a great guy!!! We were discussing music generally (of course) and I was telling him about my wish to write my own material for an album, he advised me that as I don't play an instrument is to hook up with a musician. Well Roy, not only have I taken your good advise, I've found my musician and it's all coming together nicely, Thanks man!

I also have to say a BIG thank you to Roy Foster who arranged the meeting with Tony! It will never be forgotten Roy!!!

Off State side next week have some work in New Orleans and I'll keep you up date you on my progress when I get back!

I'm off to pack now, so I'll see you all on my return.
