Here are just a few highlights and tributes of the last 10 years.
Performing for Marco Pierre White at his Christmas party at Frankie Dettori's restaurant.
One of our finest actors of the last Century and star of the Dam Busters and many more great British movies, Richard Todd. I was honored to be asked to play at his 90th birthday party meeting and chatting with Mr. Todd was a fabulous experience; a lovely gentleman who sadly past away in 2010.
Her Grace The Duchess Of Rutland. I was asked to perform at Christie's of London to launch Her Graces book 'My Life At Belvoir Castle'. One of my most different occasions, but one that was thoroughly enjoyed by all!
Summating Mount Kilimanjaro, although climbed by many now, please don't be fooled that 'it's a stroll up the garden path'! A target now for many who raise funds for their selected charity, this has to go down as probably the toughest thing I've ever done in my life! The team and I raised money for SKCIN, a charity that was formed after the sad loss of Karen Clifford who died of skin cancer a few years ago. This was to help raise awareness in the dangers of overexposure to the sun.
The SKCIN ball, a yearly event that is well worth supporting and I've had the pleasure of working with Elvis (He never left the building) at Viva Las Vegas, Moulin Rouge performing with the Ed Bussy Band.
Performing live on Sam and Amy's Heart FM show, Christmas Eve morning and singing Dangerous Dave's Birthday song on many occasions at outside broadcasts.
Guesting on Amanda Bowman, Paul Robey's BBC shows.
Performing along side Beverly Night and Tony Hadley at the opening of the New Nottingham Market Square
Leicester City Football Club, player of the year award.
Teatro Principle, Mahon, Minorca's Opera house, my own show at this majestic venue.
The Albert Hall, my BIG BAND show!
Southwell Minster, I was asked to perform as a guest, three beautiful songs to a packed minster audience for AGE UK. A wonderful experience!
Performed at Pani-Vino restaurant, Scottsdale Arizona, USA. An acoustic set with their resident pianist. (My first musical experience in the USA)
Working with Mike Gowland Pianist/Musical Director performing Jazz n' Blues with his musicians at Hart's and Perkins Restaurant, Nottingham.
The Recording of my Album 'A Change Is Gonna Come' (available now as a down load from iTunes) including a beautiful song, 'God Knows' (I love you)
2006 World Cup dinner with Sir Geoff Hurst MBE, Martin Peters MBE and the BIG man himself Jack Charlton OBE, truly great sporting legends and equally real gents! I was asked to perform during their questions and answers dinner event.
it has also been an absolute pleasure to have been able to perform at many Charitable events such as the Willow Foundation, Nottingham Hospice, The Teenage Cancer Trust, Headway, Bassetlaw Hospital Breast Care Unit, Macmillan, Wish upon A Star and LOROS, helping to raise funds for such worthy courses!
I've also had the pleasure of being a part of those more intimate occasions whether it's been a small gathering for a mile stone birthday party, anniversary or christening, to the celebrations of a wedding, no matter how big or small it has been an absolute delight to have been part of a day that is so precious to so many of you.
So once again thank you all for helping make the last decade one of the best I have ever had!
Here's to 2011 and beyond.
